Account Management

Members are primarily responsible for the security of their own KB99 account. Never share your password with anyone, and always keep your login credentials safe.

  • If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, KB99 will make the final call — the game may be cancelled or funds refunded, as appropriate.
  • In the event of any dispute regarding a game outcome, KB99's server logs shall serve as the final and definitive record.
  • In live games, the dealer's decision is final.
  • If your internet connection is lost during a game, the active round will be completed automatically at the designated time.

Account Closure & Suspension

  • At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

Any valid balance remaining at the time of account closure will be refunded — provided it is not linked to fraud or a breach of the Terms.
